Spring garden salad and pomegranate vinegar - my new favourite!

Recently I discovered this amazing pomegranate vinegar while at the farmer’s market near Frome. I am hooked! I managed to make a salad almost wholly from my spring garden. Except the tomatoes – they have a long way to go. I added the sauce with a bit of oil - Amazing! I'm looking forward to trying the other sauces from Healthy Recipes.
